Development of export market
The strategy adopted by the Ministry for Industry in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Trade, is to expand the export volume of textile and leather sectors in implementing a marketing plan targeting three types of products:
- The fast fashion and ready-to-wear fashion
- Jeans and sportswear (with a priority on the EU, particularly Italy and Northern Europe)
- Niche products around three new segments: lingerie, home textiles and footwear (with a priority on the EU)
The promotion plan, set up on each of these product categories, consists of:
- Direct contacts with the leaders of brands targeted
- Business meetings with buyers both in Morocco and in the target countries
- Programs co-marketing with retail brands
- Of public relations and communication, especially via the media specialist
- Plan participation in events and fairs

The development of the domestic market will be built around two key areas :

Textiles & Leather
Development of Textile and Leather sector is, moreover, supported by the measures implemented following cross :
- Improving conditions for the logistic sector.

- The implementation of procurement platforms and new units finishing on core business (dyeing, printing).This will be achieved notably through the establishment of an Offer Morocco FIT (Finishing - Dyeing-Printing) composed of the following:
